At Trampolines.com, your satisfaction is our number-one goal. That's why we carry the products of manufacturers who have outstanding warranties. Most likely, you won't have a problem with any of the products you purchase from us. But just in case you do have an issue, please contact us for any warranty claims. We'll be right here to help you out.

Please check the product details on each page for the specific warranty information.  All warranty claims will be handled directly with the manufacturer, which is why we always urge customers to register their product with the manufacturer. As a reminder, proof of purchase is always required by the manufacturers to submit a claim, so if you have misplaced your order receipt, let us know and we can send you another copy. These warranties do not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Sun damage or weather exposure
• Improper use or neglect

⚠️ Important: Wear and tear is not a defect.

Owning a trampoline is like owning a car. The product comes with a manufacturer warranty—just like a new car does. But that warranty doesn’t cover what happens if the car is left out in the elements, skips routine maintenance, or drives 35,000 miles and wears down the tires. That’s normal wear—not a defect. Likewise, trampoline parts like mats, pads, and nets will naturally wear down from sun exposure, use, and time. That’s expected.

Manufacturer warranties are designed to cover true defects—such as stitching issues, premature part failure, or structural flaws that occur during the manufacturing process.
