Local Deliveries: We currently offer local deliveries to areas located where we have warehouses. Local deliveries are available in parts of Idaho, all of Utah, Las Vegas and Dallas, Texas. You can expect your trampoline to be deilvered quicker with local delivery services and will be delivered by a local courier in a smaller truck. Avyna Inground trampolines are available in Idaho, Utah and Vegas as well as in Dallas for local delivery.
Change of Address Fees: After a shipment has left our warehouse if a change of address is requested through the carrier there will be a $100 fee. These fees are charged by the shipping companies and we have to pass the cost on to you. If you need to update your address and it has not shipped yet, there will be no fee charged. Thank you for you understanding.
All of our backyard trampolines except for JumpYeti and SpringFree are shipped common freight (LTL) to the lower 48 states. This means that a semi-truck will pull up to your home (or business) to drop off the trampoline.
Alaska & Hawaii - For shipments of trampolines to Alaska or Hawaii please contact us so we can help you get an accurate shipping quote.
Additional areas like Nantucket, Martha's Vineyard or islands within States may incur an additional charge of $500 for shipping expenses. Please reach out via chat if you have any questions.
Many components of our trampolines are very large and heavy, making it impossible for anyone like the local UPS or FEDEX to deliver our trampolines. JumpYeti, SpringFree, Accessories and replacement parts, however, are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or the U.S. Postal Service.
Currently we only ship to the United States. We do not ship to Canada or Mexico. If you are interested in a product and live in Canada or Mexico, contact support for options.
A freight agent will contact you to schedule delivery to your location.
Most trampolines arrive in 5-7 business days. When your order has arrived at the freight terminal closest to your shipping address, a freight agent will contact you to arrange curbside delivery. Someone must be present to accept and sign for the delivery. If you cannot be there, we suggest you arrange to have a friend/neighbor greet the driver.
A delivery driver will assist you with unloading the trampoline.
Trampolines shipped LTL (semi-truck) on pallets will have a lift gate to unload the pallet off their truck. They will place the pallet on your curb or near your curb depending on access. We suggest unloading the boxes while on the pallet and moving them to your backyard. In some cases they may be able to place the pallet closer to your home if your driveway allows and if the driver agrees to this.
With curbside delivery, the semi-truck will unload at the curb by your driveway. If you have a very long driveway, the driver will not pull all the way to your home. If you ordered a trampoline package with an enclosure or other accessories, they may arrive in a separate shipment.
Playgrounds shipped LTL do not include lift gate service and need to be unloaded from the truck piece by piece. They parts are too long to use with a traditional pallet jack and we recommend having 2 people to unload. This will only take a few minutes and most drivers will assist with this manual unloading process.
All other items (other than trampolines)
Most other items such as accessories, and replacement parts will ship out within 1 - 3 business days via UPS or FedEx..
