10/10 experience from start to finish! The company did a great job answering all my questions before I made the purchase and helped me choose the right trampoline size for my family. They also recommended installers and provided helpful pictures, diagrams, and YouTube videos explaining the installation. Delivery was quicker than expected, and the driver was extremely friendly and explained what was included in each box. Most importantly, my kids absolutely love it! The bounce is far better than a typical above-ground trampoline from Amazon—it feels much closer to a gymnastics-style trampoline, which is exactly what my kids wanted. I highly recommend this company!
This is the best purchase we made for our backyard! It’s something that all my kids enjoy playing on and the adults love it too! They ask to go outside and jump everyday now instead of watching tv.

We just installed it but are really enjoying it. We had an above ground trampoline but the kids love this one so much more and use it because it’s easier to get on and off. It has good bounce and was pretty easy to install.
My kids have been asking for me to install one of these ever since their friends got one. Best choice ever to get them off their screens. Takes a little bit of work to dig the hole, which I did myself with a 1 ton excavator that I rented at Home Depot. But got it done over the course of two weekends. Happy to help with any questions you may run into and installing. This thing looks amazing at night! When Lit up with the included lights, At first it seems like you’re walking into an open pit. Highly recommend this!

We got the Avyna 15x15. Pretty straight forward install. Rented an excavator from Home Depot and went to work. Love it! Easy for my littles to get on now and I don’t worry about them falling off. You don’t realize how good this trampoline is until you jump on it and see just how smooth the bounce is compared to any other trampoline you have tried.
Unfortunately the city where I live has denied my installation of an inground trampoline so I’m in the process of generating replacement return for a 12x18 above ground. My kids can’t wait for there backyard gym to help them with there training. It’s sad that I had to return the in ground as this was the purchase we wanted most but the team at trampolines.com have been helping make the experience pleasant. We had the 11x17 unit but the replacement for above ground is not available so we’re trying to get the 12 x 18 to get the device faster.
