  1. Attach Spring #1: Connect a spring to the mat V-ring at 12 o'clock, hook the spring into the frame hole, and pull back toward the frame using your T-hook tool.
  2. Attach Spring #2: Go to the opposite side at 6 o'clock and attach the second spring.
  3. Attach Springs #3 & #4: Move to 3 o'clock and 9 o'clock to anchor four primary quadrant points.
  4. Fill in the Octants: Attach springs at 1:30, 4:30, 7:30, and 10:30. Once eight anchor points are secured, fill in the remaining springs evenly around the perimeter.

Mat Attachment & Tensioning

The safety pad protects jumpers from falling onto cold steel rails or getting toes caught in expanding spring coils.

  1. Unfold and Position: Lay the thick foam pad over the top rail, ensuring it completely covers the frame steel, T-sockets, and the entire spring array.
  2. Align Node Cutouts: Position pad seam cutouts around the vertical enclosure net sockets or leg entry points.
  3. Secure Frame Ties: Reach under the pad and tie the elastic bungee or webbing straps securely around the top frame rail and leg sockets. 

Enclosure Net Setup

  1. Assemble Support Poles: Connect upper and lower enclosure poles, sliding foam protection sleeves over each section.
  2. Attach Poles to Leg Extensions: Secure the poles to the main leg extensions using the provided heavy-duty U-bolts or quick-connect clamps. Ensure poles stand vertically.
  3. Suspend the Safety Net: Attach the top net loops or fiberglass ring to the tops of the enclosure poles. Drop the netting straight down around the outside of the pad.
  4. Anchor the Bottom Net Border: Weave the bottom attachment rope or clip system continuously through the mat V-rings underneath the safety pad. 

Final Safety Inspection

Frame joints: all T-sockets, leg bolts, and pins are locked tight.

Level alignment: frame sits level without leg wobble on the grass.

Spring integrity: every spring slot is filled; there are no over-stretched coils.

Pad coverage: frame steel and springs are insulated under the safety pad.

Perimeter clearance: 3-foot buffer zone is clear of all obstacles.

Wind anchors: anchors are secured to the ground to prevent the wind from making the trampoline fly in adverse weather conditions.

Troubleshooting Common Assembly Issues

  • The Last 4 Frame Sections Won't Fit Together: If the top steel ring resists closing, the frame legs are likely splayed outward. Have your partner push the opposing leg bases inward while you press downward on the top rail junction using a rubber mallet.
  • Ran Out of Frame Slots Before V-Rings: You miscounted slots during initial spring setup. Unhook the last 10 springs, find the misaligned slot, re-count your V-rings, and adjust.
