Important Information Regarding Shipping

All of our Land Trampolines and Land Trampoline Packages (except for replacement parts) can only be shipped common freight (LTL) to the lower 48 states (HI & AK not available). This means that an actual Semi-Truck will pull up to your home (or business) to drop off the trampoline. The components of our trampolines are very large and heavy, making it impossible for anyone like the local UPS or FEDEX to deliver our trampolines. The freight charge for all trampolines is $165.00, and Florida is $225.00. This freight charge will show up during the checkout procedure.

Signature Required

Most orders will ship within 48 hours, and because freight is not as fast as parcel (UPS or FedEx), you can expect shipments to take between 4 to 8 business days. When your order has arrived to the freight terminal closest to your shipping address, a freight agent will contact you to arrange curbside delivery. Someone must be present to accept and sign for the delivery. If you cannot be there, we suggest you arrange to have a friend or neighbor greet the driver or have it delivered to a different address where someone can accept delivery.

Assisted Unloading

Part of your order may be on a pallet, which may weigh more than 200 lbs. While it is impossible to lift this out a truck, you may break open the pallet and unload the boxes by hand. Most pallets will have 4 or more boxes per pallet, making it easy to unload. With curbside delivery, a driver will assist you in unloading.

Separate Parts & Accessories

Most other items will have a small shipping fee, and you will have to follow the checkout procedure to find the actual shipping fee.
