Change of Address Fees: After a shipment has left our warehouse if a change of address is requested through the carrier there will be a $100 fee. These fees are charged by the shipping companies and we have to pass the cost on to you. If you need to update your address and it has not shipped yet, there will be no fee charged. Thank you for you understanding.
Additional Information:
All of our backyard trampolines and backyard trampoline packages are shipped common freight (LTL) to the lower 48 states. This means that a semi-truck will pull up to your home (or business) to drop off the trampoline.
Alaska & Hawaii - For shipments of trampolines to Alaska or Hawaii please contact us so we can help you get an accurate shipping quote.
Additional areas like Nantucket, Martha's Vineyard or islands within States may incur an additional charge of $500 for shipping expenses. Please reach out via chat if you have any questions.
The components of our trampolines are very large and heavy, making it impossible for anyone like the local UPS or FEDEX to deliver our trampolines. Accessories and replacement parts, however, are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or the U.S. Postal Service.
Currently we only ship to the United States. We do not ship to Canada or Mexico.
A freight agent will contact you to schedule delivery to your location
Most trampolines will ship out in one week, and because freight is not as fast as parcel (UPS or FedEx), you can expect shipments to take another week to arrive. When your order has arrived at the freight terminal closest to your shipping address, a freight agent will contact you to arrange curbside delivery. Someone must be present to accept and sign for the delivery. If you cannot be there, we suggest you arrange to have a friend/neighbor greet the driver or have it delivered to a different address where someone can accept delivery.
A delivery driver will assist you with unloading the trampoline
Part of your order may be on a pallet, which may weigh more than 200 lbs. While it is impossible to lift this out a truck, you may break open the pallet and unload the boxes by hand as seen in the picture above. Most pallets will have just three boxes, making it fairly easy to unload. With curbside delivery, a driver will assist you in unloading. Free shipping includes curbside drop off only. If you request for lift gate service or inside delivery, you will be invoiced separately for that specific service by the freight company.
Also note that with curbside delivery, the semi-truck will unload at the curb by your driveway. If you have a very long driveway, the driver will not pull all the way to your home. If you ordered a trampoline package with an enclosure or other accessories, they may arrive in a separate shipment.
All other items (other than trampolines)
Most other items such as fitness trampolines, accessories, and replacement parts will ship out within 1 - 3 business days via UPS or FedEx..
